Six stages. One accountable partner.
Every stage ends with something you sign off.
Procurement needs to know who owns each decision and what evidence sits behind it. This is the sequence, the sign-off at each stage, and the checks that run through it.
The six stages
Brief
You send the product, quantity, specification, market and date, or as much of it as you know. We reply with the questions a quotation needs and confirm the brief in writing.
Source
The product is matched to the manufacturing partner with the right press, finishing, construction and capacity, and quoted on landed value: factory, materials, packing, freight, lead time and risk.
Develop
Structure, dieline, material and finish are developed and sampled before anything is ordered. The approved sample becomes the standard the run is checked against.
Approve
Colour references, artwork proofs and the sample are signed off, and the quality plan is agreed with you and the factory: what is checked, when, by whom, and against what.
Produce
Printing, finishing and converting run to the plan, with progress reported and checks carried out in line by the Averon team on site at the partner factory.
Deliver
Packing, export documentation and freight are coordinated to the destination, and the file stays open until stock is received and confirmed.
Defined before production. Checked throughout.
Every check is agreed with you and the partner factory before an order is placed, so inspection confirms a plan rather than discovering one. AQL sampling is applied where agreed.

Beyond factory price.
A factory quote is one number out of six. Averon quotes the landed value, and every term in it is visible before you commit.
The unit price at the factory gate. The number most comparisons stop at.
Board grade, grammage and finish decide cost, weight and how the pack performs.
Export cartons, pallets and protection decide how much arrives undamaged.
Mode, route and container utilisation, and the documentation between them.
The weeks from order to delivery, and what a missed launch date costs.
Who owns a problem at each stage, and whether anyone checks before it ships.
Delivered on time, to specification, with one party accountable.
